Azur Star - Kohlrabi (Saatgut)
An early and beautiful blue forcing and outdoor variety. For cultivation under glass and foil as well as the first sets in the open field. For the fall harvest, sowing is possible until the end of July. Azur Star is bolt-resistant, has a beautiful, slightly flat-round, deep blue, tender tuber with a high stalk. Medium foliage, fine stems. Characterized by a very fine taste. "TIP": Loves nutrient-rich soil and a good water supply. Protect early plantings with fleece.
