Kofu Pur is the versatile tofu alternative made from chickpeas. It consists of just five ingredients, tastes wonderful and is quick and easy to prepare. In addition to the taste, the consistency of the fried kofu is also unique: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside! Pure kofu goes well with Asian, oriental and Mediterranean dishes. And even as a sweet dessert!
Cut into slices and cubes and fry in a non-stick pan with frying oil for approx. 5 minutes until brown on all sides. Alternatively, the kofu can also be coated with a little olive oil and grilled or baked in the oven at 220 degrees or cooked in a soup in cubes.
