For 6-10 burgers; Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes; Soaking time: 15 minutes; Preparation: Place the contents of the packet in a bowl and mix with 250 ml boiling water. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Form 6-10 burgers with wet hands, depending on size. Fry in a pan with oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve with salad or yogurt dip. Tip: For extra fluffy burgers, knead 1 egg into the mixture. Variations:- Finger food: Knead 1 egg or 1 tbsp soy flour into the burger mixture and shape into thumb-thick sticks, roll in sesame seeds and fry on all sides. Serve with dip; - Stuffed vegetables: Stuff vegetables such as zucchinis or peppers with the burger mixture and bake in the oven.
