Fill 750 ml of cold water - without vinegar - and stir in the dye mixture.Carefully place 5-7 raw, cleaned eggs - 3-5 days after the laying date - in the water with the dye mixture. The dye water should completely cover the eggs and stand approx. 1 cm above them. bring the water to the boil. While heating, carefully stir the powder dye in the water until the color is distributed. When the water boils, boil the eggs for another 7-10 minutes. After dyeing, quench the eggs with cold water.The dye mixture is for one dyeing, with further dyeings the color intensity decreases.The natural dyes react differently to each egg, so that different color nuances are created. The color "matures" as it cools. The color will be more intense on brown eggs than on white eggs, and any discoloration in enameled pots or sinks will fade after repeated rinsing with a standard dishwashing detergent.
