With our ready-made mix, you can easily bake delicious chickpea balls according to a typical oriental recipe. All you have to do is add a little water, shape the falafel and bake until golden brown. Our ready-made mixes are packaged in 100% paper and do not require a folding box. This means they are completely plastic-free and produce over 50% less packaging waste than comparable products.

For 14-16 falafel balls; Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes; Soaking time: 15 minutes; Preparation: Place the contents of the packet in a bowl and mix with 250 ml boiling water. Leave to swell for 15 minutes. Form 14-16 teaspoon-sized balls with wet hands. Fry in a pan with plenty of oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove and place briefly on a plate lined with kitchen paper. The falafel tastes good hot or cold. Serve with salad, yogurt dip or hummus. Variations: - Finger food: Shape the falafel mixture into sticks about the thickness of a thumb, roll in sesame seeds and fry on all sides. Serve with dip; - Veggie burger: shape falafel mixture into approx. 2 cm thick patties before frying; - Stuffed vegetables: stuff vegetables such as zucchinis or peppers with the falafel mixture and bake in the oven.
