Gemüse-Pilz-Pfanne mit Mini-Schupfnudeln
Mini potato noodles made from durum wheat semolina with mushrooms and a vegetable mix, mildly seasoned, deep-frozen. Only high-quality organic ingredients are used for Ökoland frozen dishes. The vegetables are frozen fresh from the harvest so that vitamins, minerals and nutrients are optimally preserved and cooking is made much easier thanks to a modern and gentle production process. The ingredients of this dish have been mixed with herbs and spices in such a way that you can fry it ready to serve in approx. 8 - 10 minutes without adding any water or oil. The dish can be refined with (vegetable) cream to make a cream pan.
Tip: After the preparation time, add 100 ml (vegetable) cream and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.preparation in a pan (recommended):- place the frozen box contents in a pan without adding any fat - fry on the highest heat for approx. 4 mins, then fry on a medium heat for a further 4-5 mins. stir several times In the microwave: - place the frozen box contents in a microwave-safe container without a lid - cook at 600 watts for 2 x 6 minutes - stir well halfway through - leave the dish to rest for approx. 1 minute before eating - stir for better temperature distribution Ökoland wishes you bon appétit!
