When spicy rocket and marinated tomatoes meet followfood Naturland organic prawns. Pizza Gamberi is lovingly topped by hand in a small town in Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northern Italy. Production is completely geared towards sustainability: Green electricity and the constant reduction of CO2 emissions are a matter of course! How about a tasty temptation from the wood-fired oven? followfood is convinced that consumers want to enjoy their food without worries, so all ingredients come from organic farming and are free from additives, and the dough impresses with a special lightness due to the long resting time of 24 hours. This natural process means that yeast is almost completely unnecessary, and the organic prawns come from a Naturland project in Ecuador, where they grow in near-natural mangrove forests. The small farms guarantee ideal growing conditions for the organic rearing of the prawns.
Gekühlt bei -18 °C lagern
Den Ofen auf 200 °C (Ober- und Unterhitze) / 180 °C (Umluft) vorheizen, währenddessen die Pizza antauen lassen. Nach ca. 10 Minuten die Verpackung entfernen und die Pizza auf dem Gitterrost des Backofens auf der mittleren Schiene ca. 10---13 Minuten bis zur gewünschten Bräune und Knusprigkeit backen.Die Backdauer kann je nach Gerät schwanken.
