Hangdown grünkernig - Dicke Bohne (Saatgut)
Green spelt, medium-late and robust variety with 4 - 5 medium-sized grains and long hanging pods. Green-cooking, tender grain. Sowing as early as possible reduces black bean aphid infestation and increases fruit set. The plant can withstand temperatures of -4 to -5°C during its early development without being damaged. It thrives best in medium to heavy soil. "TIP": The broad bean is delicious cooked as a hearty side dish, in salads or as an antipasti snack. Raw beans are poisonous! Therefore, always cook them long enough before eating.
