Diva - Endivie (Saatgut)
Endives are best grown in the home garden in late summer/autumn, with pre-cultivation or direct sowing from mid-June to the end of July. Temperatures above 28°C stimulate the plants to shoot. Diva forms well-filled heads and tolerates light frosts down to -4°C. Protect with a fleece at lower temperatures. "TIP": A tasty autumn salad that stimulates the appetite and promotes digestion and metabolism due to its light bitter content.
