Smoothie-Gras Sommergerste Pirona (Saatgut)
Barley (Hordeum vulgare) belongs to the sweet grass family. The young barley grass contains a wealth of vital substances and can be used in many different ways as food. Cultivation: Barley grass can be easily cultivated indoors on a bright windowsill or outdoors in a bed. To do this, soak the seeds overnight before sowing and then spread them closely together in the soil. Keep the seeds moist. Harvesting can begin after 7-10 days.TIP: Cut the young barley grass when it has grown to a height of approx. 15-20 cm. You can enjoy it finely chopped in salads or pureed together with ripe fruit as a delicious smoothie. The fresh green taste of the stalks can be wonderfully combined with all kinds of fruit and vegetable juices.
