Byodo Lemon Balsam (5% acidity) captures the fresh fruitiness of delicious organic lemons in the most delicious way. The fine organic balsamic vinegar is made on the basis of fruity apple balsamic and refined with refreshing lemon juice concentrate. This gives it its wonderfully light and fruity-fresh taste, which also lends an ideal acidic note to light sauces with fish, for example.Like all Byodo vinegars, Lemon Balsam is absolutely natural and fascinates with its mild acidity. It is obtained through continuous vinegar fermentation at pleasantly warm temperatures.

The fresh and fruity Byodo Lemon Balsam is a refreshing all-rounder in the gourmet kitchen and adds a wonderful flavor to crisp salads and pickled vegetables, for example. It is also highly recommended for light sauces, e.g. with fish. If you add a splash of the light organic balsamic vinegar to a glass of water, you have a refreshing drink on hot summer days!
