Byodo Himbeer Balsam, 5 % Säure, 0,25 l

For the Byodo raspberry balsamic vinegar (5% acidity), fine apple cider vinegar is refined with fruity raspberry juice concentrate. The result is a delicious organic balsamic vinegar that tastes wonderfully light and intensely fruity. This makes it the ideal accompaniment to tangy salads such as lamb's lettuce with walnuts, but it is also the perfect addition to light salad dressings for delicate spring salads. Like all Byodo vinegars, the Raspberry Balsam is absolutely natural with a mild acidity. It is obtained by continuous vinegar fermentation at pleasantly warm temperatures, thus preserving valuable enzymes in the vinegar.

With its intense fruitiness, Byodo raspberry balsamic vinegar is ideal with strong, tangy salads such as chicory, endive and lamb's lettuce. The fine organic balsamic vinegar also adds a wonderful flavor to summer antipasti and light spring salads.
