ÖMA Edler Weisser Rosé, Bioland - Theke
We offer extra-creamy and delicately flavored soft cheese enjoyment with the youngest member of our Edler Weisser family. The special combination of white noble mold and fine red culture makes ÖMA Edler Weisser Rosé so exceptional. The wonderfully creamy soft cheese in traditional Brie form has a fine aromatic note when young, which intensifies as it matures. A melt-in-the-mouth delicacy full of character that makes cheese lovers' hearts beat faster. Our ÖMA Edler Weisser family offers a varied selection of soft cheeses for the cheese counter. In addition to the progenitor ÖMA Edler Weisser - the fresh and creamy soft cheese with white noble mold, its representatives are the tangy, fruity and Mediterranean-style ÖMA Edler Weisser Olive and, as the youngest member of the family, our ÖMA Edler Weisser Rosé - extra-creamy and delicately spicy thanks to the combination of white noble mold and red culture. For interested customers and cheese lovers, there is background information and stories about the cheese, the farmers and the dairy. The Bantel family cheese dairy, founded in 1886, converted to organic farming in 1996 on the initiative of the Ökologische Molkereien Allgäu. Today, ÖMA master cheesemaker Georg Bantel processes 60,000 liters of organically produced Alpine milk into premium products every week. The energy for production is supplied by the company's own photovoltaic and biomass heating system, and energy is saved by a heat recovery system. A total of 12 selected farmers supply the precious raw material milk and contribute to the preservation and maintenance of the landscape with their work every day. The milk comes from Germany and Austria and the supplier farmers' farms are all located in the Vorarlberg region within a maximum radius of 15 km from the dairy. Short distances.
The latest addition to our Edler Weisser family is an absolute treat for the palate, especially when well matured. The combination of white noble mold and fine red culture in the cheese paste also makes this specialty a special addition to your cheese platter. A fine white or red wine is of course the perfect accompaniment.
