Is particularly gentle on the skin.
The sodasan regenerating salt consists of 100% pure sea salt, which is normally used as table salt in the food sector (salt mills). As it contains no other additives such as anti-caking agents or colorants, it guarantees a particularly long service life for the ion exchanger. The regenerating salt is used to maintain the function of the softener (ion exchanger) in the dishwasher. The ion exchanger is able to absorb the calcium and magnesium ions responsible for water hardness and release sodium ions instead. When the ion exchanger's capacity is exhausted, it must be regenerated, i.e. new sodium ions are made available by means of the salt.To protect the environment, only run your dishwasher when it is full. Preferably select wash cycles at a low temperature and follow the dosing instructions.----- Fill the regenerating salt into the dishwasher's storage container provided for this purpose. Make sure that the dishwasher is set to your regional water hardness range. The water hardness can be found on your water bill or can be obtained from your water supplier. Tip: If limescale residues remain on the dishes despite adding the regenerating salt, set the water hardness in your dishwasher to the next higher range and if the dishwasher has heavy deposits or limescale, these can be removed with sodasan descaler.
