Matured for over 2 months using the artisan natural maturing process without nitrite curing salt and then gently smoked, Ökoland Premium Bacon develops its genuine taste. Only lean pork belly is processed for this, all under strict quality controls. Certified organic. The bacon is therefore suitable for eating raw and for heating (tip: at a medium temperature), as it has been matured for a long time and is produced without nitrite curing salt and other additives. Naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, natural yeast formation through fermentation. Innovative packaging made from polypropylene (PP) ensures high recyclability for the circular economy of packaging materials.

Tip: for eating raw, open the pack approx. 15 minutes before eating to allow the bacon to develop its full flavor. careful opening prevents the thin, easily recyclable film from tearing. the bacon is suitable for eating raw and for heating. We recommend heating the bacon at a medium temperature.
