Süßrahmbutter

Upländer Bauernmolkerei was founded in 1996 by 18 organic farmers from the Milcherzeugergemeinschaft Hessen w.V. (Hesse Milk Producers' Association). Today, over 100 organic farms from the region supply our dairy and we produce high-quality organic dairy products in accordance with the strict guidelines of the Bioland association. This means that species-appropriate animal husbandry and feeding the animals with organically grown fodder are a matter of course. The Upländer Bauernmolkerei attaches particular importance to sustainably fair milk prices, so that our organic farmers can secure the existence of their farms on a stable basis in the future, too. The majority of the shares in Upländer Bauernmolkerei GmbH are held by the organic farmers.

The fine, sweet note of Upländer sweet cream butter is ideal for sweet dishes and can also be combined well with baguette or another mild type of bread and honey. The taste of strong breads or savoury toppings is pleasantly accentuated by the sweet cream butter. Any vegetable becomes a delicacy when refined with sweet cream butter, which is also particularly suitable for cooking as it does not flake when heated and binds excellently.
