In our water mill with its 6 double roller mills, a wide variety of grains are processed into particularly smooth & homogeneous wholemeal flours for the best baking properties - thanks to low starch damage caused by a special diagram. Wholemeal flours are produced by grinding the whole grain. They therefore contain all the components of the grain, have the highest mineral content and are high in fiber. Our wholemeal spelt flour contributes to a wholesome diet.
Bread and pastries. Conditionally suitable for wheat allergy sufferers.
