Byodo's Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (6% acidity) is a true original and comes from the heart of Italian vinegar production in Modena and Reggio Emilia. Fine red wine vinegar and concentrated grape must are harmoniously combined to create this spirited, dark organic balsamic vinegar. Thanks to its mild acidity, this classic aceto tastes wonderful in fine marinades and sauces, and the classic Italian balsamic vinegar bears the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) label. Like all Byodo vinegars, Byodo Aceto Balsamico di Modena is obtained by natural vinegar fermentation and is neither heated nor sulphurized. For natural balsamic vinegar enjoyment at its best, this Italian balsamic vinegar specialty is sold in 5 kg containers and is intended exclusively for customers with subsequent commercial use.
The dark Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP from Byodo tastes great with fresh salads, tomato mozzarella, but also seasons cold and warm sauces and dishes wonderfully with its balanced, harmonious taste.
