Byodo Bratöl Klassik, aus high oleic Sonnenblumen, desodoriert
Byodo's classic frying oil is pressed exclusively from high oleic organic sunflower seeds. This special variety contains particularly high levels of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid that is easy to heat. In addition, heat-sensitive plant substances are filtered out of the oil using the Byo-Protect process - gently and naturally. This makes it highly heatable and uniquely mild in taste. With its unique mildness, Byodo classic frying oil brings out the flavor of every dish and can be used in a variety of ways.
