The 6-grain mix is a balanced mixture of the most important types of grain.

Use it ground or rolled into flakes for wholemeal baking, fresh grain muesli, porridge and patties. Cooked, it is suitable as a wholesome side dish or as a base for stews and casseroles. Recipe: Six-grain breadIngredients: 500 g 6-grain mix, 10 g salt, 10 g fresh yeast, 75 g natural sourdough, 350 ml warm waterPreparation: Grind the 6-grain mix. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and knead into a dough with the other ingredients in a bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 60 minutes. Knead again and place in a greased, floured baking tin. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Brush the bread with a little water and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the lower shelf for approx. 45 minutes.
