Kokosmehl

Coconut flour gives your dishes a pleasantly mild and sweet coconut flavor. It is made from 100% cold-pressed coconut flesh, which is finely ground. Coconut flour is rich in fiber and a source of protein as well as the minerals potassium, magnesium and iron. Potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. A portion of 35g (approx. 4 tablespoons) per day is recommended. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Thanks to its naturally mild sweetness, less sweetener can be used.
