Organic white grape vinegar of the Roditis variety and unfiltered blossom honey. In the famous growing region of Nemea in the north-west of the Peloponnese, Nikos & Costas from Sofia Tis Fisis specialize in the production of grape vinegars from the local grape varieties Roditis (white) and Agiorgitiko (red). White organic grape vinegar from the Roditis grape variety and unfiltered blossom honey, which is carefully collected on the slopes of Pindos at an altitude of 1500m, produce this balanced balsamic vinegar. The hand-picked grapes come from the Mamouzia vineyards in the north-west of the Peloponnese. With its sweet and sour taste and dark yellow color, the white balsamic vinegar is ideal for preparing salads, legumes and for refining hot dishes. The label is made from environmentally friendly bagasse, unbleached and without protective varnish.

Excellent with salads, pulses and to refine hot dishes.
