Oil pulling has a centuries-old tradition in different regions of the world. Use our Fresh oil pulling mixture every morning on an empty stomach. Sip and chew 1 tablespoon (10 ml) of the oil through your teeth for 3-5 minutes. Do not swallow it, but spit it out after oil pulling and dispose of it in the residual waste. Then rinse your mouth several times with clean water. You can then brush your teeth as normal.
