Sun-ripened, wonderfully fruity-sweet apricots from the Rapunzel Turkey project. The fruits are cultivated, harvested and sun-dried in the hilly region of Malatya in Eastern Anatolia. This gives the apricots their full flavor. The natural orange-brown color of the dried fruits is a quality feature of unsulfured apricots.
