Upländer organic whipped cream made from fresh pasture milk with optimum whipping properties is produced gently without stabilizers and tastes original and aromatic. As whipped cream on a fresh fruit cake, it is unbeatable! Animal welfare, species and climate protection are top priorities at Upländer Bauernmolkerei. The cows go out to pasture whenever possible, but at least 120 days a year for 6 hours - often even more. Each cow is guaranteed 1000m2 of pasture. Grazing not only stands for animal welfare, but also contributes to biodiversity, as the diverse grassland offers a wide range of habitats for insects, birds and many other animal and plant species.
Upländer organic whipping cream is ideal for refining delicious dishes or desserts and can be whipped up wonderfully.
