ÖMA Cambera Rosé, Bioland - SB

ÖMA Cambera Rosé - the gourmet cheese for hours of enjoyment! The variety of flavors of this soft cheese with white noble mold paired with red culture ranges - depending on its age - from soft and mild to a silky palate-pleaser. A simply irresistible addition to our likeable ÖMA Cambera family and a must on the self-service shelf, ÖMA Cambera Rosé is made from the finest organic cow's milk. After maturing for 10 days at 6 - 8°C, the soft cheese produced with microbial rennet is packaged. The surface is yellowish at the beginning and partly covered with white noble mold, with increasing maturity the red culture prevails more and more. Irresistible for all lovers of creamy soft cheeses with a fine red culture and fine white mold.Delicious tip: fig jam from LaSelva, TuscanyFor interested customers and cheese lovers, there is background information and stories about the cheese, the farmers and the dairy. The Bantel family cheese dairy, founded in 1886, converted to organic farming in 1996 on the initiative of the Ökologische Molkereien Allgäu. Today, ÖMA master cheesemaker Georg Bantel processes 60,000 liters of organically produced Alpine milk into premium products every week. The energy for production is supplied by the company's own photovoltaic and biomass heating system, and energy is saved by a heat recovery system. A total of 12 selected farmers supply the precious raw material milk and contribute to the preservation and maintenance of the landscape with their work every day. The milk comes from Germany and Austria and the supplier farmers' farms are all located in the Vorarlberg region within a maximum radius of 15 km from the dairy. Short distances.
ÖMA Cambera Rosè is a gourmet cheese in the soft cheese segment. The sophisticated combination of white mold and red culture makes it slightly more intense in taste than pure white mold cheeses. It tastes delicious with both light and dark breads and enhances any cheese board or cheese buffet.
