Le Poya

Le Poya owes its name to the upland pastures at the beginning of summer. This delicately flavored hard cheese is made exclusively from the milk of mountain farmers around the Fribourg region in Switzerland. Cured for several months in cool, damp maturing cellars, Poya combines traditional expert know-how with regional cheese craftsmanship and is produced according to the company's own third-generation family recipes. The traditional dairy company is located in the heart of the Fribourg region. Harmony with nature and satisfied customers are the basic values that guide the manufacturer. You can taste the dedication and consistency in the production of Le Poya, which has even won a silver medal at the World Cheese Award in Birmingham.
