BIO vom BERG Tiroler Bio-Emmentaler Zwickel
The Hatzenstädt dairy on the Niederndorferberg near Kufstein is one of the oldest organic dairies in Austria. The best dairy products have been produced on the Niederndorferberg since 1937. A total of 37 dairy farmers supply the approximately 1.8 million liters of organic hay milk that are processed into the most exquisite delicacies every year. The milk is delivered in a truly incomparable way. It is transported fresh twice a day from the remote farms directly to the alpine dairy by cable car. It couldn't be fresher - and you can taste it!
Classic snack cheese from the Hatzenstädt dairy in Niederndorferberg. The organic milk is delivered fresh daily by cable car. Each wheel is cheesed by hand and matured for at least 5 months.
