Like the well-known Turkish sucuk sausage, only purely plant-based: a strongly seasoned vegan sausage with a certain spiciness and the typical garlic flavor. It is traditionally eaten sliced and briefly fried or grilled as an appetizer, together with vegetables or, similar to kebab, in bread. Garlic sausage is used as a spicy filling in pies or dumplings. Our vegan version also tastes delicious cold, for example with bread and olives, cut into slices or pieces. Delicious cold as a topping on bread or in salads as well as fried or grilled.
