The high-quality organic meat and tasty organic spices are processed according to strict quality guidelines. We do not use additives such as nitrite curing salt or phosphates out of conviction. The sausages are in their own skin, which means that the sausage mixture is initially filled into a cellulose casing. During the production process of scalding and smoking, a layer of protein forms on the surface, the casing is removed before the sausage is filled into the jar and the sausage is finished in a delicate egg skin. Lactose-free, gluten-free.
Heat the liquid from the jar together with a glass of water in a pan and leave the sausages to infuse for approx. 5-7 minutes. Do not boil.
