Colbassa luftgetrocknet, edelschimmelgereift

The salami is air-dried in a modern maturing room and not smoked. The genuine noble mold, the long maturing process and the artisan care ensure a fine aroma and give the product a long shelf life. Produced without nitrite curing salt or other additives.

The packaging has small pores so that the sausage can breathe. Store refrigerated in stores below 7°C. Store refrigerated at home or in the pantry. Do not store in a closed container. Temperature fluctuations and closed containers can damage the product, as condensation can otherwise form on the sausage and damage the noble mold. Salami can continue to dry out during storage and lose weight, the aroma then becomes more intense.
