Bergamot meets ginger! Appléritif Apple, Ginger & Bergamot is our homage to a herbaceous vermouth: organic apples meet citrusy bergamot, elegant vermouth and the subtle spiciness of ginger root. Sparkling, fresh, alcohol-free! By the way: this Appléritif was awarded GOLD at the Cider Word Award-21 - as the best non-alcoholic apple sparkling wine! In contrast to fruit secco or conventional non-alcoholic sparkling wine, the Appléritif has a typical, unique aroma spectrum with a full fruity taste: the apples are not fermented for the Appléritif, which means that the alcohol that would otherwise be produced in the fermentation process does not have to be removed - because it was never in there! Instead, the fresh apple juice is carefully bubbled and combined with exciting extracts and essences in the bottle, resulting in a full-bodied, tingling taste experience - without any alcohol.
