Appleritif Apfel - Aronia & Rose feinherb (alkoholfrei)
This non-alcoholic apple sparkling wine is a tribute to great red wine cuvées: deep purple in the glass, fragrant notes of aronia and a hint of rose unfold upon opening. On the palate, this appéritif is delicately tart: the restrained tannins of the aronia berry go perfectly with the light floral scent of the rose. An ideal drink for festive occasions or to start a special meal. In contrast to fruit secco or conventional non-alcoholic sparkling wine, the Appléritif has its own typical aroma spectrum with a full fruity taste: the apples are not fermented for the Appléritif, which means that the alcohol that would otherwise be produced during the fermentation process does not have to be removed - because it was never in there! Instead, the fresh apple juice is carefully bubbled and combined with exciting extracts and essences in the bottle, resulting in a full-bodied, tingling taste experience - without any alcohol.
