Golden yellow organic cornflakes - traditionally rolled, not extruded! The traditional method of producing cornflakes is rolling. The corn kernels are cut and boiled with corn syrup and sea salt. This procedure breaks down the starch, making it digestible for us. However, the starch structure of the corn kernel is retained and our body breaks down the rolled flakes more slowly. This is why they keep you full for longer. After the cooking process, the cornflakes are gently roasted so that they taste nice and crispy.
