Admittedly: Amaranth, the super grain of the Incas, is very old. Much older than us. But we were the first to bring it to Germany in 1982. Rich in fiber, magnesium, iron and protein. As breakfast experts, we find it ideal for our mueslis. The recipes contain 20% freshly popped amaranth. Plus - depending on the variety - berries, nuts and other tasty, wholesome ingredients. Just right for a quick and long-lasting energy boost: for school, university and work.
