Preparation: The basic muesli can be eaten without cooking or soaking. Simply mix with yogurt, milk, plant-based alternatives or juice and enjoy warm or cold. Refine with fresh fruit, dried fruit, nut butter, jam, honey or spices as desired. Recipe: Muesli biscuitsMix 100 g soft butter until fluffy, add 1 egg. Mix 200 g basic muesli with 2 tbsp flour, - tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp sugar, - tsp cinnamon and 1 pinch of salt, add to the butter and knead well. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Take small portions of the dough, form walnut-sized balls with your hands, place on a baking tray with space between them and flatten slightly.
