Try the classic porcini mushroom risotto with Arborio rice, zucchini, tomato, basil and garlic. With its nutty aroma, porcini mushrooms enhance any dish. Preparation is child's play and the mushroom risotto is sure to be a success. Simply add liquid while stirring and a delicious meal is ready after just 30 minutes. With a slight bite, just like a real risotto should be. You can season the risotto with salt, pepper and other herbs according to your personal preference. The icing on the cake is a small knob of butter and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Of course, our mushroom risottos are also of the usual high quality, without additives and all ingredients are organic.
