Potato pancakes taste delicious with apple sauce or sugar for a sweet version. For a savory version, they go well with sauerkraut or fresh tomato salad. They are also an ideal addition to stews or as a snack with sour cream and hummus.Recipe: Mix the contents of the bag with 500ml cold water and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
