Kokos- & Haselnussmus mit Dattel
Exotic coconut and freshly roasted hazelnuts combined with deliciously ripe dates - this aromatic temptation enchants breakfast bread, smoothies, muesli and breakfast porridge. The irresistibly nutty-sweet aroma also enhances desserts, sweet dishes and pastries. Liquid, spreadable or solid? The oil contained in coconut butter has a very low melting point. This is why the puree is spreadable at cool room temperature, solid in the fridge and almost liquid from approx. 23°C. Depending on how you use it, you can easily determine the consistency yourself! When the puree solidifies again, the coconut oil can settle on top and form a white layer. Simply stir it in again.
As a spread, in muesli, for desserts, cakes and fine pastries.
