Kokos- & Mandelmus mit Dattel

This nutty-sweet temptation conjures up a very special flavor in your dishes. Exotic coconut puree combined with aromatic almonds and the light sweetness of dates - a delicious treat! Liquid, spreadable or solid? The oil contained in coconut butter has a very low melting point. This is why the puree is spreadable at cool room temperature, solid in the fridge and almost liquid from approx. 23°C. Depending on how you use it, you can easily determine the consistency yourself! When the puree solidifies again, the coconut oil can settle on top and form a white layer. Simply stir it in again.

As a spread, in muesli, for desserts, cakes and fine pastries.
