This makes it so versatile and the ideal vegan cream substitute. As we only use organic almonds and do not use any additives, the nut's own oil settles on the surface. Simply stir vigorously and the puree becomes creamy again.
For preparing almond milk, ideal as a vegan cream substitute, perfect for refining sauces, desserts, breakfast porridge or simply on bread... a real treat!
