San Vicario Spaghetti con Peperoncino is made from the best durum wheat semolina and water. It gets its special refinement from a good pinch (2%) of peperoncino. This makes the spaghetti a really spicy delight. San Vicario Spaghetti con Peperoncino is dried very slowly and at a low temperature. While industrial drying takes place at 100°C for less than three hours, we take our time and dry at around 40°C for a whole two days! This is crucial for the taste, consistency and stability of the pasta. Once you have tried San Vicario spaghetti, you will know the difference.
