Typical ARCHE - our organic vanilla pudding with high-quality organic ingredients. Its quality feature is the many small, black dots! The secret? Organic vanilla is a fine spice: it is the fruit of a climbing orchid. The up to 25 cm long capsule fruits, the vanilla pods, are harvested unripe and fermented. This produces the brown-black color and the typical mild-sweet aroma. Ground pods are the vanilla powder. Delicious... ARCHE Organic Vanilla Pudding is a classic cooked pudding. It is gluten-free and also tastes wonderful on cakes! 95% paper packaging - the pudding bag is recyclable and can be disposed of in the paper cycle!
1 sachet for 500 ml milk / plant-based drink. Preparation: Mix the pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of milk/vegetable drink and 2 tablespoons of sweetener. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil briefly while stirring. To turn out the pudding, pour into a bowl rinsed with cold water and chill for at least 2 hours.
