Our own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities and our own gluten-free laboratory all contribute to this.

It's this easy:1. put the contents of the packet in a bowl with 225 ml water, mix well and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Then stir well again.2. form approx. 8 tablespoon-sized patties with moistened hands.3. heat plenty of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
