The fine organic balsamic vinegar is made on the basis of fruity apple balsamic and refined with refreshing lemon juice concentrate. This gives it its wonderfully light and fruity-fresh taste, which also lends an ideal acidic note to light sauces with fish, for example.Like all Byodo vinegars, Lemon Balsam is absolutely natural and fascinates with its mild acidity. It is obtained through continuous vinegar fermentation at pleasantly warm temperatures.
