ARCHE rice syrup is a mild sweetener, ideal for cooking and baking, even in gluten- and fructose-free cuisine! It is produced by enzymatic degradation of rice starch. The mild, golden-yellow sweetener is characterized by a very subtle, delicately nutty sweet note. ARCHE Organic Rice Syrup can also be used universally to give fine desserts, mixed drinks and ice cream a mildly sweet taste. Rice syrup also enhances the taste of savory dishes such as vegetable and rice dishes, casseroles and salad dressings. The gluten- and fructose-free sweetener is also available in a practical dispenser bottle for easy, drip-free dosing.
