It's so easy:Baking mix for 1 round crumble cakeIngredients: Either 150 g butter (room temperature) or 150 g margarine (room temperature) and 1 jar of tart jam / jelly (e.g. raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant)1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C with top/bottom heat and grease the base of a springform pan (Ø 25 cm) or line with baking paper.2. Place the baking mix for the spelt crumble cake with butter in a bowl and mix with your hands until a crumbly dough forms. Do not knead for too long, otherwise the crumble will become too firm. For the vegan preparation, knead the baking mixture with margarine.3. Spread 2/3 of the crumble evenly over the base of the springform pan, press down firmly and pull up the sides by approx. 1 cm.4. Then spread the jam evenly over the base. Spread the remaining third of the crumble over the topping.5 Bake for approx. 35 minutes on a medium rack. Leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before eating.
