Since 2005, the mill has also specialized in gluten-free products that the whole family can enjoy. Our own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities and our own gluten-free laboratory all contribute to this.
It's this easy:1. preheat the oven to 225 °C top and bottom heat (gas setting 4).2. briefly mix the quick bread mixture in 500 ml lukewarm water with a whisk or hand mixer.3. do not leave to rise!4. immediately pour the dough into a greased loaf tin (25 x 10 cm).5. smooth the top with water and then brush with oil. Score the middle with a dough scraper or knife dipped in oil.6. Bake the bread at 225 °C for 5060 minutes at medium heat.7. Remove from the loaf tin immediately and leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before slicing.Preparation in the bread maker (only works with yeast):1. first add 450 ml cold water, then the quick bread mix and 1 packet of dry yeast to the baking container.2.During the kneading process, loosen the dough from the edges 2 to 3 times so that it mixes optimally.3. bake in the quick program on the dark setting if possible.Flours and doughs are not intended to be eaten raw and must always be thoroughly heated.
