It's this easy:Ingredients: 3 eggs, 125g soft butter, 50ml milkTopping: fruit of your choice, for example 500g apples, peeled and cut into quarters, a small glass of sour cherries, drainedvegan preparation:50g soy yoghurt, 50g nut butter, e.g. light almond butter), 150ml plant-based drink, e.g. oat drinkPrepare the fruit of your choice. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat and grease the springform pan. Place 1 bag of fruit cake batter mix in a bowl and mix with the butter, milk and eggs to form a smooth batter.mix the cake mix with the specified ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer to form a creamy mixture. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan/cake tin, pour the fruit cake batter into the springform pan and smooth it out. Then top with the fruit of your choice. Bake the cake in a preheated oven on the middle shelf at 180°C for 45 minutes. The baking time varies depending on the fruit. We recommend 45 minutes for an apple pie and 30 minutes for a cherry pie. for one tray, use the contents of both bags in the preparation and double the other ingredients accordingly. The baking time is extended to approx. 45 min. in a preheated oven.
