It's so easy:Classic preparationIngredients: 2 eggs, 75 g butter and 75 ml milk1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (gas setting 3) with top and bottom heat.2. Pour the contents of the packet into a bowl. For the basic dough, add 2 eggs, 75 g soft butter and 75 ml milk. Mix with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until a creamy batter forms.3. Place 12 muffin cases in a muffin tray or on a baking sheet. Then fill the cups evenly half full with batter.4 Baking time is approx. 25 minutes. Bake variations with fruit for approx. 30 minutes.100 g margarine and 100 ml water (or plant-based drink of your choice) are added instead for vegan preparation.
